This is not the best four casting cost white creature with vigilance. Why would they ever print it? Whyyyyyyyyy!?!?

I have a soft spot for actually appropriately costed artifact creatures. 2/4 for 4 isn't half bad, that's a fairly solid body, and while I doubt I'd give it vigilance every turn, it's nice that the option is there.
