Phyrexian version of Duplicant
Flicker, momentary blink, turn to mist, astral slide, Ghostly Flicker
If you haven't caught on yet, those make this a free exile spell whenever you want.
"Oh you dropped a huge bomb?" *BLICKITY BOO* "Exile it."
If you have a deck already running blue + flicker effects, you could do much worse than this creature.

This looks more Green than Blue to me.
Why?
Because Green EATS THINGS, that's why.

@Superllama12
I don't have any rulings to back me up, but I interpreted the text as taking whatever was printed on the card (keyword there) imprinted, not the effects active on the creature at the time of imprinting. It says "...is the exiled creature card's..." as well as the fact it says "exiled" and I think most people know that in any other zone than the battlefield, a card's power/toughness is exactly what's printed on it. The exception being the case of */* creatures (Darksteel Juggernaut) which have a static ability that effect them off the field. I'm not 100% on how that would be handled. I would assume it would go by the owner's artifact count, but don't quote me on that.
So in your example, it would get +13/+13, no matter what the controller of Death's Shadow life was at, at the time or afterwards. Again, this is just my interpretation.
