Why does this cost 2Blue. It creates a blocker that survives all combat damage so Pacifism is way better and cheaper.

Maybe one could use this on ones own creatures.

Turns a creature into fog bank. Slip on a hexproof / reach creature and you got a wall of denial. Or of course just cast wall of denial.
