Delightfully strange!

We have a flying sailing ship (huh?) that regenerates (because it's a ghost) and it is a blue card. The off-color abilities add to the nuttiness, though the end result was at least useful at one time in mono-blue decks. A Ghost Ship could block almost anything all day long so long as you could pay to regenerate it. Nice flavor text, too.

Regenerate (with blue mana!): +0 CMC due to 3 blue mana requirement

Also part of a complete pirate deck featuring risen from the deep pirates
