Slight combo potential? I know a kid in a frog suit that would love this card.

I must respectfully disagree about Springleaf Drum- it needs to tap along with the creature. Multani's harmony allows for easy "untap target creature" abuse.

Flavor text: cute.
Also a pretty decent card. I'd rather play the card that its flavor text references, though. But not all of us can afford it.

Flavor text most likely a nod to Birds of Paradise.

If you can play creatures, you shouldn't have mana problems. And most creatures should have another purpose in your deck instead of beeing tapped for this aura.
Two things are good about this thing though: you can play it on creatures of teammates in team games, if they are manascrewed. Also, it has a slight combo potential. You can put it on creatures with untap-abitilies, like Surgespanner, and even generate mana this way. Still, most of the time, this card is just plain bad.
