This gives you a significant advantage in a game. My logic is that if the wanted to attack they would do so.

Now they have to attack regardless. It is usually advantageous to be on the defending side of combat.

this one looks to me, like the worst of the curses, it makes your opponent swing constantly, so unless theyre doing control, that doesnt seem to matter much. I mean, if they play creatures, generally, dont they usually INTEND to swing anyway? and if its a utility creature, they tap, so this cant force them to swing with those. I just think its a little narrow in use, but Im probably not seeing the big picture, so I dont really think its a BAD card, but I guess it just doesnt work for me.

If there is a cost associated with attacking you can't be forced to pay it to fulfill 'Attacks each turn in able' type abilities.

Severely undervalued in vampire decks it seems, first off vampires are aggro and having your opponent have no blocker is a big deal, if you are running aggro right they will die first. Paired with curse of stalked prey and some Markov blademasters the game will be in the bag most of the time. Not to mention night hawks and stromkirk captain are in standard right now to give you a wall of first strike, deathtouch life linkers that this curse literally feeds, solid curse for a solid aggro. 4/5
