This one doesn't look as... japanese as チャンドラ・ナラー (Chandra Nalaar).

EDIT: Apparently j.ap is not a good word.

I definitely like his better than the English duel deck Jace, and I even personally think it's better drawn than the Japanese duel deck Chandra, based on the gatherer thumbnail (I've never seen the real thing)
