The reason you would have this instead of phantom monster is because you can drop it on turn one to throw it under the buss with your opponent's turn one nasty thing.

I kind of hate this card because when not kicked, it doesn't have flying. I mean, they're fairies! They're SUPPOSED to fly! ALL THE TIME! Too bad, cuz the art is awesome.
