Lavalanche! (And other multicoloured X spells like Invoke the Firemind, naturally). Although I do wonder why you wouldn't just use one of several artifacts that taps for {2} for a casting cost of {4}...only reason to use this instead is if you're casting two spells that can benefit from it in the same turn, and I just don't see that as-
Hm. Shadowmoor mimics. Multi-boosting.

seems good at reducing the general tax! Also, most multicolored creatures are cheap to begin with!

I love how they just straight up called it a filter even though it doesn't match the meaning Magic players think of. More like Urza's amulet.

If you're playing Blue and White You'll be happier sticking with Grand Arbiter Augustin IV instead.

This is better than Sisay's Ring because you don't have to tap it to use it, therefore do not need Voltaic Key, etc so instead it's free to use with Mana Vault or whatever awesomeness and it's stackable with Urza's Incubator (set on Golem or Construct for Lodestone Golem, Karn, Silver Golem, Metalworker, or Darksteel Colossus), Vedalken Engineer or Etherium Sculptor. Besides, if you were considering Sisay's Ring...maybe Sol Ring or Thran Dynamo would be better...
Think About This: Double with a Vesuvan Doppelganger or whatever a Painter's Servant makes CMC 2 artifacts become free, like *bam*, Myr Superion. I know, I know, you say all of those effects help ever... (see all)

I'd think this Filter also reduces the cost of Bestow for Chromanticore.
