Steals Auras from your opponents' creatures and attaches them to yours. If your playgroup is fond of Auras (Rancor, Armadillo Cloak, etc), then this might be playable.

The old approach to reusable effects: make them ~4 times as expensive as a the instant or sorcery they're reproducing. (no matter how practical the original effect may be)
I'd like to think that Wizards now looks at these things within the context of the environment they'll be printed into, rather than an abstract ideal of card design set years ago.

The only way this would be useful would be to move a pacifism or some other card onto a creature with shroud. (this card does not target the creature)

Requires too much mana to activate to be of any use. Maybe 2 mana or something would be ok. And even then if it would be barely playable.

Not a terrible addition to decks that don't have access to W or G/U. Red has problems dealing with enchantments, why not steal them?
