I really, like the flavor of this card. She's very telling of Innistrad: Everyone is suspicious of everyone and no one is weak anymore, and even a frail old lady () living out in the woods, alone in a world as dangerous as this... By that alone she should be feared. What's more, she's probably been a werewolf for a very long time.
She also draws cards for you, which adds to her sage-like flavor.
I love she can Prey upon an Abyssal Hunter before even transorming.

I think it's really amusing; this old lady is tied with the MOST POWERFUL werewolf for it's transformation bonus of +3/+3 on the flip-side; and for the record, Grizzled Outcasts is a group of people. This granny means business.

This will definitely replace a few Villagers of Estwald, I could use some card draw in werewolf tribal. Though the human side is kinda puny

Hey, Grandma, me and the local Woodsman came all this way to deliver you a basket of goodies!
Wizards designed the horribly evil version of Little Red Riding hood. Everyone is the Wolf.

2G for a vanilla 1/2 at uncommon and it gets 4 stars? lol, looks like the Gatherer raters have finally caught up to the idea that if one side of a DFC is epic, it stands to reason that the human side should be rated in context, not isolated....

Not bad against decks that want to sit on their hands instead of cast something
