This reminds me of Screeching Bat/Stalking Vampire in that it's a vampire flip card with really nice flavor, but just can't compete with other 3 drop vampires. I wish they'd made them both a little smaller and had them cost 2.

I'd like her a lot more if you didn't have to tap herself for transformation:
Play the card, tap a Vampire, hope your opponent doesn't respond with Shock and you just got yourself a fully functional 4/4 bloodsucker for 
in your Vampire deck.
Also Mr. Argyle, is it just me or did you draw another person on the back of this card? The facial features look similar, but still the face mamages to somehow look like one of a completely different person.

Does the joy you receive from flipping this lovely card outweigh the disadvantage of actually having it in your deck?
Even though I would never play a 4/4 for 3 that couldn't attack for a full two turns, I think it still might be fun enough to play! Is that crazy?

I can't expect more from a common. Beautiful art, relevant limited ability, and a nice 4/4 body for 3 under the right circumstances. You aren't going to play this in constructed, but then they weren't expecting you to.

Really likes to make use of the phrase "Tap". With Conspiracy, you could have her tap some of the most weirdest creatures. Lorthos, the Tidemaker, yeah you know where this is going.
