They went with it because of the flavor of turning your non-dragons into dragons... essentially.

Why did they go with this at all? I'm not enchanting my dragons with this. They already have some or all of the abilities granted.

I think this card is the one that annoys me the most in the dragon deck. Why on earth did they go with this and not the strictly more flavourful and usually better Firebreathing?
