Same as the Order of the Ebon Hand. Maybe someone brought the consept of those guys from Sarpadia to Stromgald. A mercenary hired by the Ebons returning home, perhaps?

A tiny bit different than the Order, as they are Cleric Knights. This is a Human Knight. Generally, I deem this a bit better thanks to Innistrad.

So I can throw 4 Black Knights, 4 Order of the Ebon Hand, and 4 of these guys in the same deck. That's pretty solid.
