Remind me why a 5/2 for four that might end up on your opponent's side is rare again?
Now if you would get an advanage from winning the coin flip (aside from keeping your creature obviously), this card would be far more interesting and i'd give it a (Krark's) Thumbs Up :D

you choose which opponent gains control of it. Could be used as a political card.

This is a super fun flavorful card. It's got a neat effect for the game, and is fairly strong. It really emphesises the luck aspect everyone loved in Arabian Nights.

if you have multiple opponents, who decides who gets the card?

3/5 for flavor.
However, who wouldn't rather play Wild Wurm (which already existed)?

Should have been at least 1 mana less, possibly even 2.
For the same mana cost, but with 2 red instead of 1, the newly printed COMMON Cyclops of One-Eyed Pass is essentially the better card as it has no downside.
