Like it. I'm working on a deck that deals damage every time an opponent does anything--I use cards like Pillory Of The Sleepless, Hissing Miasma, Festering Evil, and Agent of Masks...
Very nice in multiplayer.

Small enchantment, pings or taxes, barring mass removal this could be part of a bleed stratergy. Good, cheep, not big enough to be worth targeting if you have other threats on the field.

You're doing it wrong. You also need Underworld Dreams, Manabarbs, Blood Seeker, Soul Bleed, Contaminated Ground, Curse of Wizardry, Contaminated Bond, Lust for War, Bloodchief Ascension, Lethal Vapors, and Herald of Leshrac.
If you have white, you may also want to investigate into Recumbent Bliss and/or Prison Term. Also, if you're "dealing damage" instead of "losing life," Furnace of Rath is another important card.

"Ok,I block with Kokushu, it dies, I gain 15 life, bob dies, and u go down to 4".
"OK, my turn?"
"Yeah..."
"U lose everybody loses 5 life, so...u die =)"
