Reprinted 4 times in recent sets: Planechase, Archenemy, Knights vs. Dragons and Commander. Just bring it back as a core set card already.

I like that they print this card obscenely often, so that folks playing on a budget have easy access to cheap universal removal. See a new player struggling with battlefield problems, hand over this and four Journey to Nowhere, suddenly their Intro Deck is able to keep pace with a variety of noncompetitive decks, and the game is fun again.
