A possible 2-for-1, or simply a slightly more expensive disenchant. This card is solid. 5/5

Remember in a pinch you can use it on your own artifacts and enchantments. For example, using it on your own Ichor Wellspring or Mycosynth Wellspring. Sure, there are better things you could do for {2}{W}{R}, but it does add a bit of flexibility to the card.

I'm more concerned with Orim's bottom!

This has to be my favorite enchantment/artifact removal spell, because it's also creature removal. The unexpected 2-for-1 is great in Commander, where the mana cost is also quite moderate. Solid addition to any Sunforger package, also; Sunforger covers the three cost, and lets you pay the kicker—and you've potentially saved a card slot for another instant since this does two things you'll need.

I wonder if the new kicked wording results in Browbeat type shenangans where people think "it" refers to the target artifact or enchantment.
Eh, maybe I'm stretching a bit.

These mono-colored cards with activated/triggered costs of another color are pretty tough to find in the gatherer when trying to build a Commander deck.

@ Lorendorky
You can search for kicker in the rules text or just go look at cards of the appropriate colors from gold blocks. Most of the non-kicker ones are from original Ravnica block, with a few in Shards and Invasion.
