Scornful Egotist
Who cares if it's the wrong color? The dude's only good for his casting cost anyway.

Best part is, this is in Riku's precon deck,
So you get to do it twice.
My favourite targets?
Nucklavee and Deadwood Treefolk.

Bring back a card, turn it into a temporary nuke. Not bad. For a CMC of 6, you'd better really need that card.
It is green, though, and green ramps hard when it wants to.

Goes well with Blasphemous Act, because the casting cost reduction makes it relatively easy to dump in the graveyard, plus it's a fairly useful card by itself.

Maximum points: Discard Scornful Egotist to Blast of Genius then bring it back to your hand with this.

I don't get why this card is rated so low. I mean green uses crap like dredge, red uses crap like madness, both colours ramp so you've probably spent a few spells, and in the newer sets, there's things like bloodrush for good ol' Skarrg Goliath. Not too shabby.
