An opening hand with only two lands in it suddenly looks pretty good.

The Radkos Carnarararium... even the freaky clowns were too sacred to show up. Looks much more fun that the Azorius Chancery

This card never made sense to me. You don't want to play it in a hellbent deck because you might draw it late and its bounce ensures you have a card in hand. Sure, it does well with Rakdos Guildmage and other discard effects that you'd put in a hellbent deck, but the risk of being stuck with a 5/5 Dread Slag or a 2/2 Gobhobbler Rats makes this card seem pointless.
