Played this a couple of nights ago and was delighted to hear the "You did NOT just power sink me" coming from my opponent, hahaha. Delightful spell.

One of my favorite artwork versions for this card, actually.
"Haha! I tap out for a Darksteel Colossus! YOU DIE NOW!"
"Power sink."
"Haha, what does that d--DAMNIT!"
Sure, it goes back into their deck, but hey, their turn's pretty much through the main phases. And then you don't have a Colossus breathing steam down your neck.

I just thought that this could be used to shrink Omnath, Locus of Mana... provided your opponent just let slip their mind that they had all that mana in their mana pool when you countered a spell of theirs.

You'll notice there's each basic land type represented in the art, being "drained" towards the eye. I guess that represents mana sinking into it?
Speaking of the eye, it looks like the same as the one on Thoughtlace. Same artist and everything.
