On the plus side, it looks like the Simic are up to their old tricks again...

I don't care that you're not that great of a card, little buddy! Your name is so cute and whenever I used your ability, I have to add a "num num num num" sound effect to it.
This card wasn't made to be great, he was made for lovin'.

Combine the effect with Slitherhead. You get 2 counters per sac. Can be quite devastating. Heck any low cost scavenge card is feasible in that logic.

Underwhelming, which is too bad given the fun flavor this card has.

This is a good ooze that pros like me will be using to combo with scavenge effects.

sigh, give it Golgari flavor, you know the guild that this actually fits with in this expansion? More oozes is sweet though.

Sadly, it blows.
A 3/3 for five mana is bad.
A 4/4 for a total of six mana and a sacrificed creature is bad.
A 5/5 for a total of seven mana and two sacrificed creatures is bad.
And so on...
Yes yes, in a token deck this can grown. But it just costs too much mana and lacks any useful keyword abilities, such as trample or regeneration or whatever.

It's missing the Simic Watermark. Blech.
