I mean, Rosheen Meanderer is not so bad either, and even more narrow.

Seeing as the vast majority of pre-mirrodin artifacts had activation costs of some sort, I can definitely see the appeal of this guy. Too bad the vast majority of pre-mirrodin artifacts sucked so much.
