And if you have Talrand, Sky Summoner out, you get yet another one!!
Quite a lot of value for mana, too bad it's not that splashable.

Love it.
Need chump blockers in a pinch? You got it.
Need a total of 4 power with evasion? You got it.
Need a creature to sac for an Altar's Reap or some other activation cost? You've got it (x2)
Great card.

It can't be said enough just how good this card is.
Discounting Talrand's ability, this gives you 2 2/2 flyers for 2{U}{U}, or basically {1}{U} apiece. You're essentially getting a pair of 2/2 flying 2-drops. In Blue. With NO drawbacks of any kind.

Great token enabler. This could work in a mono-blue control deck that uses this, Talrand, Sky Summoner, Favorable Winds...well, and Delver, but still!

This card is plain awesome. Perfect fit for Delver, and it boosts your Runechanter's Pike, too. Overall a great design. I love it.

That's a lot of power in a color that doesn't get a lot of power. There is nothing wrong with this card.

AKA Three 2/2 Drakes.
If you know what I mean.

With the blue-beatdown illusions introduced in m12, this is a fine addition for it.
I mean sure, there's already Phantasmal Dragon, but it's a solid sideboard if your opponent has a lot of "illusion removal" (like Gideon's Lawkeeper).
