Time Walk wasn't a one-cost drop, 4wallz. That would be Ancestral Recall. Notice how it maintains the theme of "3" of something for 1.
That said, this card is the weakest of the cycle.

@4wallz: Time Walk? A boon cycle drop? Time walk costs 2 first of all... so it's not even a 1 drop.
The boon cycle in order of power:
Ancestral Recall (U)
Dark Ritual (B)
Lightning Bolt (R)
Giant Growth (G)
Healing Salve (W)

Of all the 1 for 3 cost drops (Giant Growth,Time Walk, Lightning Bolt, & Dark Ritual) this is the absolute worst. Very underpowered compared to the others.

Time Walk should've totally been a boon.
{U}
Target player takes 3 additional turn.

A 7th edition card with decent art? This should be a Mythic Rare.

@DaJoshMaster
That has to be the most balanced card ever, Wizards should print it.
This however is total garbage, whether or not you compare it to its brothers

7th Edition was the first "core" edition that came out when I started to seriously play MtG, and as such, it holds a special place in my heart.
I don't think there was ever a time when I would run Healing Salve, though, even as a brand new player. And I've never liked this art.
