It should be able to tap it then untap, that way you can waste three mana, so it will be even more useless.

The flavor text suggests that it messes with creatures, but the card itself implies it's a helpful beast. Strange.

So sad when cards have such fun art on such bad mechanics. The whimsical part of me says "Use it!" But my practical side says "Leave that thing in the box."
Wish we could redesign this card and just make all that colorless mana (in both costs) go away.
EDIT: As of now my friend and I have a house copy of this card where the twos have been blacked out by a sharpie and we use him for casual games :)
