thinking in terms of the age of this card, and the premise 'I'm going to ramp out Darigaaz' (a noble goal)
I'm thinkng:
Green has Birds of Paradise and Llanowar Elves, and gawd knows what other silly things they let you have all those years ago.
Black has Dark Ritual
and Red...did Red have anything that long ago?
We'll count Pyretic Ritual from the future for Red. (Seething Song makes too much Red Mana for 3-colored Darigaaz to get full benefit from, if we already have Dark Ritual in)
Red, Black, and Green together should be the ultra kings of Mana Fixing and Ramp, and are also the colors most hateful against artifacts. This is easily the least useful Attendant.
It's a shame. I actually like everything else about this entire cycle a heck of a lot, except for, you know, the actual text box. Change them to T: for CDE, no sacrifice, and they'd be awesome. :)

@MasterOfEtherium
How can something that's part of a cycle with 4 almost identical cards be unique?
@Dark_Raider & RafiqTheMistalker
This is part of a cycle of golems meant to bring out the Elder Dragons.
Where Composite Golem is meant to be used with Sunburst cards and the Bringers from Fifth Dawn
And this card is older, so Composite Golem is this guy's little brother technically.

I give it a bleh: just kind of a 'look at me, I'm composite golem's sucky lil' brother.' That's just not the cards we're looking for these days.

This card is not so cool, 5 mana for 3/3 and sacrifice to obtain 2 mana?? Only useful in some circumstances.

Outshined by Composite Golem in five colour decks, too slow for Jund decks and sinking the extra {1} for {B}{R}{G} instead of just sacrificing Composite Golem for free for {W}{U}{B}{R}{G} makes it hard to justify running this guy..

@RafiqTheMiststalker
Actually...
Composite Golem costs ...
And has one more power and toughness...
And his activation ability is free...
...So it's actually pretty different.

So like Coal Golem exist so that any deck can cast a Ball Lighnting, these golems exist so that any deck can cast the approprite dragon.
