Charms are only good if all three sides are playable, each side needs not necessarily be good, but merely playable. This has two decent abilities and then . . . wtf?! Draw a card then discard a card as an ability?! Yeah this charm sucks donkey balls.

I'll never understand why the third ability isn't Catalog, i.e. "draw two, then discard one". It's funny to compare this to Esper Charm.
