If you own a Black Lotus, much less a player set, and have it and this in your starting hand, I'd say luck isn't an issue for you.

Seems like a lot of fun. You need an opponent who is willing to gamble too. Imagining loosing the first flip and then your opponent deciding not to take another 1. You just spent 1 card and RedRedRed to help him out.

Krark's Thumb would be fun with this.
