Makes all of your utility creatures a threat. That alone makes this card good in my eyes. It's essentially card advantage because you can use it twice as well. Also incredible art. Yup. Not much more to be said.

Dread Slaver with a Sharpened Pitchfork. Just watch out for token armies!

Excellent removal in self-mill decks, where any non-creature without flashback is hard to hang onto. Sticking one of these onto a Gravecrawler or Rot Farm Skeleton really makes for a solid play. Totally repeatable, too.
One of my favourite flashback cards in Standard right now.

Cast this on Saprazzan Heir and you should end up with formidable card advantage.
Bonus points if you give her first strike and can repeat the whole thing via Flashback.
(Given that your opponent doesn't respond with spot removal on her and ends up with the card advantage instead.)
