While not quite good enough that you should think too hard about it in constructed. This is actually a perfect card for limited and, as such, it's fun to look at these cards sometimes and remember that draft you were in or whatever... but, again, probably not something that should be in your "real" decks, as there is just simply better things out there.

seems like a decent common, most of which never see constructed play. I would be happy to play this in a draft given sufficient colors to make it worthwhile.
