This card pays a price for its versatility in the form of high costs for its abilities. With regards to its regeneration prevention ability, it could see some use vs. black and green decks where regeneration is a common ability. As for its second abilityl, you could pair it up with an Orcish Lumberjack then trade a tapped forest for regenerating your green or black creature in lieu of the ability activation cost.

Her abilities's activation costs are each 1 mana too high for her to be good.
