As far as card advantage goes, you'd only have to worry bout someone casting Stone Rain or using a Stripmine on you. That really doesn't come up against Forest.

I guess it's not too bad. It's good turn 1 mana acceleration, but later on in the game I'm not entirely sure it's worth the card advantage.

I would give this a 4 for serviving the same purpose of Llanowar Elves, but without dying to creature removal. Since at least with the people I play against Land destruction is a lot less common than creature destruction. And if it isn't turn 1 you can enchant it to a land you haven't tapped yet so basically you get mana from it the turn you play it. The problem is Utopia Sprawl Exists now. In a monogreen deck they work just as well, but splash any other color and Utopia Sprawl is better. Though personally I like this more, that doesn't change the fact that it is strictly worse.
