To add to the glory, red doesn't have enchantment removal
This card ruins Mono Red Aggro/Burn assuming you have a good late game. This card buys time to get Wrath mana. It effectively makes hellspark elemental a Flame jab, Ball Lightning a Lightning Bolt
That being said it's a sideboard card at best.

Your opponent taps a mountain for one mana which he uses to cast Lightning Bolt on you. You lose two life. Fail.

@Champion_Kitsune: Sure, but Lightning Bolt is super efficient in terms of mana/dmg and IMHO even overpowered. Not broken, but overpowered. This is nice counter to all Blaze-like X spells... but I agree it's not enough. It should do more to be interesting.
