Possibly the best one out of the cycle.
Simply because of the fact that is the color combination that features most cards that interact with lifegain:
Rhox Faithmender, Ajani's Pridemate, Voracious Wurm, Ageless Entity, etc.
I'm looking forward for the enemy-colored cycle of these lands. The one should be quite useful as well.

Not that great since there are plenty of other dual lands that don't come into play tapped, but at least you get 1 life for it's drawback. A cheap filler for Green White decks.

Easy mana ramp in makes the tap in this card less of a problem. It could cost you a one drop in though. Still, a free life for a dual land is never a bad thing. I like it.

Coming into play tapped can loose games, sometimes you can work around it though.
