Hardly any ratings? Shucks. It's not obscure -- this is seeing play in lots of Natural Order red-splash decks (called NO RUG for Natural Order RedBlueGreen) in Legacy. It dodges Mental Misstep, burns off multiple Dark Confidants, and can cantrip and tap something if the burn isn't needed. It's 4/5, maybe.

Update: okay, now that Mental Misstep is a thing of the past, we're back to this card appearing maybe once in a 256-deck tournament. Back to obscurity we go...
