See, your problem here is that any opponent he gets decent mill against could have been much more reasonably killed through, y'know, damage. From creatures that you could be running instead of your mill.
...wait. Just hold on a second.
Jace's Phantasm? Just one more card that gets aggressive after a bit of milling and some sort of weird mill/aggro thing could be viable...

Can't believe nobody's mentioned this yet:
Trepanation Blade
You can also put a Writ of passage on him along with Trepanation Blade for some silly shenanigans.

Only one creature type? Cute, but I think Rogue would be totally appropriate here.

This is your Mill strategy when you use damage.
Now look back to Mindcrank.
This is the damage dealing mill deck you could have, if such a strategy were viable.
But it isn't. Sorry.

I can not judge this card properly before Dimir arrives. So therefore 3/5 for now...

Equip Trepanation Blade While having Mindcrank out while using Hunter's Insight and having 1 or more Jace's Erasure and finish it off with a Keening Stone.Too much work? sure. Worth it? Yes.

A mill card that will kill your opponent before milling them out. That's practical. Seriously though, either make your deck dedicated mill or dedicated damage, don't try to do both. You just can't go spreading yourself that thin with a deck.
