Another ETB card for an ETB deck, just a bit expensive for my taste.
@RiKi1232: You are allowed to look at the piles.

People REALLY don't like having to make the two piles, especially as you rub it in, so I find this to be the ideal target for Venser's +2

The cards remain revealed even when they're separated into piles. Any player may look at revealed cards. Cards are not hidden unless in a players hand, library, or specifically exiled face down(Or for that matter, morphed face down). In any other zone, they are available for viewing by any player.

Looks like Sheoldred, the Whispering One just made a new friend. Great card but much more suited for the Graveborn deck and Devour for Power Commander decks.

@Speednat : Well, if that Sphinx cost less mana than 5UU, it would be a bit too broken. Remember that Fact or Fiction cost 4 manas and that Sphinx of Uthuun is a solid 5/6 Flying.

This card is better suited to a deck that is cheating creatures into play with something like Unburial Rites or Heartless Summoning. I'd rather see another copy of Venser in there.

are you allowed to look at the piles or do you just choose one?
