This is god-awful, making it on par with most other Homelands garbage.
The best-case scenario is you stick it on some other creature that you immediately kill off, so that it acts as a Diabolic Edict for more. Begging the question, why don't you just use Diabolic Edict instead?
0.5/5, shouldn't even get half a star IMO.

Ah, Homelands... the set where they couldn't even get black creature removal cards to be designed correctly!

OK, not the best card I've ever seen.
In fact, probably one of the worst.

I'm assuming the point of this card is to play on a creature your opponent wants to sacrifice, meaning that they will have to lose another creature.
It's more of a prevention tool than creature removal

This one is actually pretty good in limited. I did a homelands draft not too long ago and this card worked wonders. Pair it with Serrated arrows or even Retribution. Homelands is a rather humorous set for drafting, Willow Faerie, Leaping Lizard, Anaba Bodyguard and Sengir Bats seem to work wonders in the format.

This is the highest rated card from Homelands.
God in heaven.
