Green was actually doing pretty well in Homelands.

A genuinely good card from Homelands.
How about that.

Against fast weenie aggro like goblins, play him turn 2. Play drop of Honey turn 3, then sit back and eat their creatures every turn. Bears + Honey ftw

This is a Bear Spirit, but Ursine Fylgja is a Spirit Bear.

Useful for its time against Necropotence decks.

Outclassed today but still a decent card.

This is a decent card. It was played quite a bit back when Homelands was first released. It's decent just because it's a 3/3 creature for 2 CMC with a disadvantage that's not too bad. It's not too popular anymore since green has some 3/3 creatures for 3 CMC. For green, the difference between 2 mana and 3 mana is pretty insignificant. I still give it a 3.5/5.

Hey, it's still strictly better than Ogre Sentry.
