that's the thing, Polski. You might want to remove lands with this card, in order to simply draw less of them.
Its essentially a blue mirror of Gaea's Blessing without the additional effect, improves your deck mana ratio and draws you a card.

Kind of outclassed by selective memory. Yeah, it costs 2 more and doesn't net you the card, but it removes any number of non-land things.
