4.0 if only for the fact that it's about the best thing you can find in blue to protect you from beefy tramplers and live to do it again. Sure, it's not great, but it can be damn useful in quite a few circumstances, especially with the growing number of uncounterable/shrouded creatures that are big enough to down a Wall of Frost. And if your opponent is running Pyroclasm or the like, well that's what sideboards are for. =)
That's not to say I'm likely ever to run the card, but it can fill a few roles that no other blue cards can do as far as I'm aware.

Give it Entangler. Then laugh maniacally as your opponents stop attacking you. It's name fits well with what it does.

@spirit_of_blue:
110.5f A token that's phased out, or that's in a zone other than the battlefield, ceases to exist. This is a state-based action; see rule 704. (Note that if a token changes zones, applicable triggered abilities will trigger before the token ceases to exist.)
The way phasing works though is that whatever phases out doesn't actually leave play or change zones, rather it is just treated as though it did not exist. Any equipment, enchantments, and counters all stay on whatever is phasing out, and they also phase out (well, not the tokens).
I don't really like the ruling, since the token wouldn't actually be changing zones, but that is what the ruling is.

Valor Made Real. If your opponent went nuts with an alpha strike, swing on an empty field next turn.
This is an excellent blocker and a very good piece of disruption. I love the design - both creatures phase out, so damage is gone, and it survives to block again. Heck, it can even attack if necessary, leaving your opponent to decide what is more painful - the damage, or losing their blocker. With Lure, you've just phased out all their creatures.

I might argue that this is the best creature that made use of the phasing mechanic.

I give you the most perfect blocker I have ever seen. Darksteel Colossus? who cares. No trample gets through. No targeting to do it either. Absolutely great

@ s c u m b l i n g 1:
It's not actually a wall, but it serves the same purpose. Because of that, it would be better to run either removal or mana acceleration in it's place.
So please find me blue removal or blue mana acceleration to replace Dream Fighter. ;-)
I have question. Will phasing out remove token from game? I suppose that phased out creatures are in fact exiled and then returned back from exile in next upkeep, right?

@RuscoJames: Wouldn't the Entangler fall off and go to the graveyard after Dream Fighter phases out, though? Since the Dream Fighter is treated as though it doesn't exist but the Entangler doesn't phase out, I would think that because of not having a valid target the Entangler would go to the graveyard, so that trick would only kind of work.
