This Wish is also instant speed, which would allow you to get a counter to counter just in time, or end of opponent's turn instant draw cards, or just simply the combo piece you'll need for next turn.

Interesting, it's the ultimate instant tutor. Of course, you need to own the card. I wonder if you could end up with more than 4 of a card with this? If it were for 
, rather than 
, it would be much more interesting, since you could put it on a stick with Isochron Scepter. Still, a very fun idea. Grabbing super-specific strategy counters is pretty nasty stuff, but there's not much offensively that you could do from what I know. Worth it for the flavor alone, and the priceless expression when your opponent learns that it isn't, in fact, an unhinged card.

This thing wins games in my blue/green deck. I just stuff a sideboard full of excellent instants.
My Blue/Green deck sideboard consists of: Moment's Peace, Evacuation, Hurkyl's Recall (so evil), Fracturing Gust, Snakeform, Vitalizing Wind, Reclaim, Twincast, Turnabout, Pact of Negation, Spectral Shift, Mirrorweave, Voidslime, Mystical Tutor, and Chord of Calling.
One of the favorite things that I love to do is Cunning Wish at the end of my opponent's turn for Mystical Tutor and search for something like Time Stretch or Rite of Replication and put it on top.
