Seems silly, but when you look at the insane Goblin decks that game out of this block this little guy was actually a handy sideboard card.

Goblin Piledriver, Goblin Warchief, and Goblin Sharpshooter are all from this set. So yeah. Protection from goblins which you can spring as a surprise? Yes pls.
