Convince someone to play for ante, then play a BU deck with a few of these and future sight. Win or lose, you can snag all the ante cards and swap them for basic land.
This card feels like it should be silver-bordered. If it weren't banned in every format ever, I guess you could bring four of them to a tournament just to get your deck down to 56.

I guess, if you're trying to get rid of excess swamps.

Swapping the stuff on top of you're library seems extremely blue to me.

...How is this unique and nonexistent-in-the-modern-game effect "a blue ability"?
The mind boggles.

Very powerful. Highly random. Almost unplayable (who plays for ante?). Out of color (blue ability). Low cost.

Once I tried playing for ante with my friend. I revealed an Elspeth Tirel, and was tempted to opt out. He insisted, "No dude, come on, just do this!" He then revealed a Mountain. I picked up my cards and left.
