Definitely better than Rotcrown Ghoul, since you get flying and more toughness. You lose one power and the Zombie sub-type.
Extra toughness and flying is exactly what Blue Dimir milling will need, since you need more blockers than attackers. The extra "mill 5 when this dies" is just extra sauce on top of this awesome limited pie.
Expect to see this a lot in drafts and prerelease.
