Pretty decent removal.
It's kinda conditional, but since Boros is combat oriented anyway, this isn't that much of an issue.
Sure there are better out there, but this shouldn't be underestimated.

I'd argue that three mana should deal 4 damage to anything, but it's a hybrid mana, so the versatility is there (as well as weakness if target has either of the two color protections).

Four damage seems like an awful lot for a pickpocket. I also don't see a pickpocket ever blocking...
