Even with cantrip, this needs to be at least +2/+1 to be worth playing.

Haha, not strictly, but close...if you respond to a Disenchant type effect targeting an Underworld Dreams, the delay would save you from one damage :P But most of the time, this is worse, yes.

Generally worse, but there's always the chance that you could have too many cards in hand this turn and have to discard.

Beacon Behemoth, Brontotherium, Cliffrunner Behemoth, Molder Beast, Mosstodon, Stomper Cub, Weatherseed Treefolk, and even Putrefax -- Mwani doesn't care what he targets so long as he's playing a Mtenda 6/4.
