This card is very good and not quite overpowered, I like it a lot!
The only "negative" thing I can think of is that you can't use the deathtouch buff defensively, but that's just asking too much from an already excellent card.

There's a reason that it's an uncommon: early game aggro defense, dramatic mid-late game tempo changer for only {G}. Compare it to Giant Growth, not Typhoid Rats.

I drafted three of this guy: at least in my draft, nobody wanted to play Gruul. He's obviously great in the early game as a creature, but remember not to get too obsessed with the Deathtouch from his Bloodrush: and remember that +2 toughness can be VERY relevant if they multiblock to try and kill your beater. The Deathtouch will make sure whatever blocks dies, and the toughness can keep your guy alive for an easy 2-for-1 (and probably a huge mana differential advantage). You may be able to accomplish the same thing with any number of straight +X/+Y Bloodrushes, but the only other one that can do it for just {G} is Slaughterhorn, which unfortunately I only saw in packs that had also still had a Viper inthem... easy choice there.

Am I missing something? Why do people keep saying this isn't constructed viable? It's a 1/2 with deathtouch for 1. Blocking with it could potentially get rid of an annoying creature. Plus that bloodrush could make a huge difference. It's like Ambush Viper. What more do people want from a 1 drop?
Typhoid Rats saw some tournament play and for green, this is much better.
