Is it just me or is there more than a fair share of inuendo in the flavour text?

When your opponent have two lands you'd probably have five, enough for some landfall mayhem.

The problem with cards like this is getting the additional lands into your hand while still having other useful things to play. Mulch and Land Tax are both good ways of doing that.

Well, it is a love song, Tiggurix. I think this particular one was inspired by Psalms in the Bible.

You should read the whole "Love Song of Night and Day" (just Google it). It is really well done and shows a lot of the culture of that world. It's pretty dang long and something like 14 cards use flavor text for it.

This is a nice followup to something like Yavimaya Elder dying, or Bull Elephant, allowing you to drop the lands. However, it's limited in its uses, particularly later in the game, when most of your lands are probably out already.
